Heather assisted me today with some maintenance and was super informative. I had a lot of questions and she broke everything down for me, including recommendations and what they'd cost, without pressuring me to do those things today. I was able to get some more urgent maintenance done today and can consider other things I might want to take care of later on. She was excellent. I'm always really happy with the service I receive when I go to Huffines. Another wonderful thing about Huffines is they give you a summary of services received and have print out photos in color of different parts of the car and their condition. Their waiting area is spacious and clean. They have assorted sodas and a coffee machine.
My husband and I had a good experience. It took a while to get to the finance office, but it was a Saturday night. Our salesperson, Joe, was knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy working there. We received a reasonable offer right away, which just so happened to be the number I was planning to offer myself. I am soo happy with the purchase, no back-and-forth games, just a straightforward process from the start. Once we got to finance, it was kind of different experience. Very friendly and charismatic, but "I will screw you over, if you are gullible" type vibe. I mean it is a dealership, so it's expected. If you’re looking for a hassle-free car-buying experience, I’d definitely recommend Huffines Subaru. Just always be weary of finance, in general.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful service we received at Huffines Subaru on Friday & Saturday, I wanted a new car because I travel a lot, I have always had Honda Accord's but this time I choose to look at the Subaru, this very nice gentleman came out & greeted my Husband & I & introduced himself to us & his name was Brent Kelly, he asked who needed a car & I said me from that point on he addressed me & asked what I was looking for & then asked my husband was he ever going to get to drive the vehicle he said probably never, lol. Brent was very kind & pleasant through the whole process & experience, he took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle how everything worked & took us out on a test drive & continued to tell us all about the vehicle he never pressured us into buying a car or SUV, Brent made the process so easy, he is very caring towards his customers & always made us feel very comfortable about being there. Brent introduced us to his Manager Edwin also very kind & pleasant. We felt like part of the Huffines family, Brent took us to the Service dept to meet Chris also very pleasant & kind young man. I want to thank Brent Kelly very much for helping me to make the decision on the vehicle I chose, the Subaru Outback Touring is awesome. Iv been to many Subaru dealers in TX and CO & this is hands down the best one iv been to. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Took my car in for an oil change and inspection to make sure things were g2g for my roadtrip back to CO. They got things done quickly and were very communicative, Izzy was great to work with. This location also has a cool pet tag machine I thought was a great addition! Keep it up!! Highly recommend going here!!
Wonderful overall experience! No pressure. The only dealership I went to that put me in a car to test drive within 10 minutes of my arrival. Made me feel like a friend afterwards when they took me around to meet department heads. I will enjoy going back there for my warranty check-ups. My sales person, Daniel, was very low-keyed and readily available for questions. And he had all the answers; didn't have to go ask the manager like at other dealerships! I like that they have someone who will always be available for techno questions. Clean, professional, friendly. . .I highly recommend Huffines Subaru in Corinth.
